I reserve the right to refuse requests for any reason
I WILL NOT DO anything offensive/immoral, recreate designs that are copyrighted, or 1:1 designs by other artists. Aside from that I'm open to hearing what you had in mind
For Face-Tracking Commissions I DO NOT do Unity setup - By commissioning me you understand that I am not responsible for anything beyond the creation of the face-tracking shapekeys.
Process
FACE TRACKING COMMISSIONS:
When working on a face-tracking commission all I require is the .fbx and the face textures
If it is an asset and/or avatar that is sold with a personal/commercial license, there must be permission for their respective creator(s) before I can proceed with the commission
If the creator(s) do not allow for their avatar/asset(s) to be redistributed in a such a manner then the cost of the avatar/asset will have to be covered by the client
Commissions will be completed within 1-2 months - Delays (if any) will be communicated
If you need the commission within a certain time frame please let me know before hand!
Payment
Full payment must be given upfront after discussing the work you would like done.
I accept payment via PayPal and Ko-Fi (USD)
No refunds will be given unless I am unable to complete the commission. Payment plans will only be considered for commissions of $150+
terms of use
As the artist, I retain the rights to any and all models/assets/addons that I create.
This includes but is not limited to:
Posting WIPs on my social media accounts
Creation of promotional pieces for my brand
The use of the commissioned pieces as examples to current and future clients
If the client does not want their commission posted on social media/used in any of the ways stated above, it must be discussed prior to starting the commission. This may incur an additional fee.
The prices listed are for PERSONAL USE ONLY
Personal Use Includes:
Personal avatars (will not be sold)
Nothing that will be put up for individual sale
For use with promoting on any social media, VTubers, commercial (paid) avatars, a commercial fee must be paid
Regardless of whether the commission is for Personal or Commercial use, please make sure to credit me for the work that I have done.
Credits include links back to my shop (jellycube.co), carrd, and/or tags to my social media account(s)
